Opening a Customer Service Ticket

Open a Ticket

  1. Login to your area on support.imidos.com , and Click on Submit Ticket .
  2. Choose the correct section that matches your inquery.
  3. Fill the Ticket Form with your Name, Email Address, Subject, Urgency and your inquery.
Once Ticket is submitted, We will recieve your inquery and we will answer it as quick as possible. You will be notified on your Email address when there's a response .
